This week’s Leadership Buff is Sage Adelman, an Undergraduate Research Assistant at CFL who has stepped into leadership roles through past internships, leading projects and eventually using those skills to help friends with resumes and job applications. To her, leadership is about speaking up with confidence while staying open to different perspectives—guiding rather than taking over so that everyone can do their best work. Sage finds inspiration in her dad, whose grit and determination have shaped her understanding of hard work. One of her favorite places on campus is the roof of the UMC, where she loves to study and take in the view, and she’s happiest on Boulder’s many hiking trails. Looking back on her time at University of Colorado Boulder, she’s most proud of the strong support system she’s built—turning a big school into a place that feels like home. #LeadershipBuff?#HowCUBuffsLead?#CenterForLeadership #CUBoulder
