We are excited to announce that our proposed project at 331 Concord Ave in Lexington has received Site Plan Approval from the Lexington Planning Board for the construction of 200 new residential units. This project will provide much needed multifamily housing to the Greater Boston area under Lexington's approved MBTA Communities Village Overlay District Zoning. In addition to housing, this development will include a new commercial space, a publicly accessible plaza, gazebo and play area along Concord Ave, significant improvements to stormwater management systems in the area, and?a variety of residential amenities. ? We'd like to thank the Town of Lexington and neighborhood stakeholders for closely collaborating with the project team to provide a new and diverse housing product to the region and look forward to continuing our work together through design, construction and beyond. Nico Flannery-Pitcher, was recently invited to be a guest speaker at the Healthcare Studies Non-clinical Career Panel at Salem State University. The event, a moderated discussion among panelists focused on career development and experiences, was a useful way to share advice with students who are pursuing professional careers in healthcare design. It was our pleasure to celebrate the ribbon cutting of DUO Apartments with our partners John M. Corcoran & Company (JMC) and the JJC Company (JJC). — Property Management and Development in Massachusetts. DUO, the first completed project in the Commonwealth’s Public Housing Innovations Demonstration Program (PHIDP) and the first-of-its-kind redevelopment creating a new, mixed-income community in Chelsea, brings the new construction of two multifamily residential buildings to the neighborhood, replacing the Innes apartments originally built on the site over 70 years ago. The new buildings, born from the hard work, dedication and teamwork of everyone involved, have a total of 330 units, amenity space, a 7-story precast parking garage, and retail / commercial space on the first floor.
