Last Friday, CTO2B hosted a Fintech Community Meetup organized by Dmitrij Sosunov from FIRSTPICK, bringing together some of Lithuania’s fintech startups like Softloans, CyberUpgrade, AMLYZE, H-finance, and Paysera. The reason behind of this meetup was that we were joined by Evgeniy Rutytskyi, Deputy CEO of Solidgate, as that week they were visiting Lithuanian companies to see the possible synergies and opportunities of working together. The discussion covered fintech’s latest trends, new opportunities, and how technology is making transactions between businesses and consumers faster and more seamless. Hearing firsthand experiences from some of the industry’s most innovative minds, it’s clear that fintech is far from slowing down, there’s much more to come. The energy in the room showed why these conversations are essential, and we look forward to hosting more gatherings that foster collaboration and new possibilities!

?? Exciting times at CTO2B! ?? Our team has grown significantly over the past couple of months, positioning us for rapid development and expansion into European markets. With this growth, our leadership team has expanded as well! To celebrate and strengthen our bond, Andrius Bagdonavi?ius – CEO and Co-founder – organized an offsite where we could dive into our individual strengths and those of the team. We used Gallup tool along with our coacher Erika Marengolcaite to help us understand how we can better collaborate and play to our unique strengths as leaders. We strongly believe that focusing on what we do best, rather than our weaknesses, is the key to achieving even greater success?? The offsite not only helped us grow as leaders but also gave us the chance to get to know each other on a personal note. Despite the chilly weather and our decision to go jacket-free outside, we made sure to capture the moments with a photo shoot that truly reflects the energy and unity of our team??
