AI is transforming hiring—but without inclusivity, it’s just another tool.?? . . The hard truth: ?? 42% of companies admit their talent processes lack diversity safeguards. ?? Progress on equity? Still painfully slow. Here’s the opportunity: Companies using AI in hiring report a 25% faster reduction in bias complaints. Why? AI, when done right, removes bias, identifies representation gaps, and fosters fairer workplaces. The catch? AI only works if it’s trained with inclusivity at the core: ?? Diverse datasets. ?? Reflecting your workforce’s reality. ?? Aligned with your DEI values. ?? Inclusivity isn’t optional—it’s essential for AI to deliver real impact. So, how inclusive is your AI strategy..? #GenAI #DiversityAndInclusion #TalentStrategy #WorkplaceEquity #LeadershipForChange

"Stats are for losers. They relish in them."?? Jerry Jones . . Fact: Companies where founders maintain excessive control are more likely to face operational stagnation and leadership bottlenecks. (1996?) The Problem: ?? Founders are visionaries, but vision without delegation leads to dysfunction. ??Leaders who hold on too tightly create an environment where no one else can lead. ??Instead of scaling, companies become trapped in the leader’s blind spots. Take Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys—a $10 billion franchise, but one that hasn’t won a Super Bowl since 1996. Why? Jones, as both owner AND general manager, refuses to delegate football operations. (eff Jimmy) Anyway?? The Lesson for Business Leaders? ? Trust the experts you hire. ? Delegate key decisions instead of micromanaging. ? Know when to lead—and when to get out of the way. Founders who fail to evolve become the reason their organizations don’t. How about dem Cowboys! ?????? #LeadershipMatters #FoundersSyndrome #DelegationWins #NOWofwork

Great Coaches Give Feedback in the Moment—Do You??? . . Picture this: A football coach watches a player fumble the ball—but instead of giving feedback, they stay silent.?? They wait. And wait. And finally—12 months later—they bring it up in an annual review (lol). How helpful is that? Not at all. Truth?: ? Employees can’t fix what they don’t know is broken. ? Growth happens in real-time, not at the end of the year. ? Great leaders give feedback when it matters—before it’s too late. Upgrade from outdated reviews to real-time coaching. Your team (and your budget) will thank you. ?? #FeedbackThatWorks #LeadBetter #NowOfWork

Remember when Neo flipped open his Nokia in The Matrix like it was peak tech? (sadly it was.) . . That’s exactly how outdated most leadership development programs are today—stuck in the past while the world moves forward. The Fax: 75% of companies surveyed rate their leadership development as ineffective. (DDI, 2024) The Problem: One-time coaching doesn't build great leaders. Leadership isn’t learned in a vacuum—it’s developed through daily experience. (whatever this means) Companies invest millions in systems, yet most leaders still struggle with retention, coaching, and decision-making. What Works Instead????? ??Ongoing coaching, not one-time events. ??Practical learning, not just theory. ??Measuring real-world impact, not just attendance. If leadership development doesn’t evolve, neither will your leaders. https://lnkd.in/gtseyGzs ?? #LeadByDesign #LeadershipDevelopment #FutureOfWork

Stop Managing People Like It’s 2005.?? . . . Performance Reviews Need an Upgrade. Let’s be real, work has changed. Employees are navigating hybrid environments, automation, and AI-driven workflows. So why are we still using outdated performance management tactics from two decades ago? ?? Annual reviews don’t reflect today’s reality. By the time feedback is given, priorities have shifted, goals have evolved, and top talent may already be disengaged (or gone). ?? One-size-fits-all ratings? Useless. High performers need stretch goals. Struggling employees need coaching. Everyone needs real-time input—not a “meets expectations” checkbox. ?? “Feedback once a year” isn’t leadership—it’s avoidance. If a manager can’t provide continuous coaching, they aren’t leading. They’re reacting. What’s next? ?? Replace reviews with real-time coaching ?? Make feedback frequent, specific, and actionable ?? Empower managers to develop people—not just evaluate them Work has moved forward. It’s time for performance management to catch up. ?? How is your company shifting away from outdated reviews? https://lnkd.in/gtseyGzs #FutureOfWork #Leadership #PerformanceManagement

  • Your business won’t die from AI. It’ll die from your failure to adapt to it.?? . . Accenture’s latest Pulse of Change report makes one thing clear: change isn’t slowing down. In fact, 88% of C-suite leaders expect the pace of disruption to increase in 2025—yet more than half (52%) admit they’re not fully prepared. AI is the Big Bet, But Gaps Remain -86% of executives are doubling down on Generative AI investments in 2025. -60% expect AI to scale across their organizations—up from 36% in 2024. But here’s the problem: only 35% of employees see AI’s full potential, compared to 54% of leaders. Talent Shortages Are a Growing Concern 67% of executives believe AI will replace entry-level skills within 5 years. Yet only 12% cite workforce upskilling as a reason for their AI investments. The Disconnect: Companies are pouring money into AI but aren’t prioritizing the people who need to use it. Without upskilling, clear communication, and workforce alignment, AI adoption will stall. Leaders must stop treating AI as a silver bullet and start bridging the gap between technology and talent. The companies that align AI investment with clear workforce strategy will lead the next wave of transformation. #AI #FutureOfWork #ChangeManagement #Leadership #Strategy
