This system utilizes 360a Model Y Integrated Loose Loop applicator to apply label to different size vials. The applicator applies the label to the side of the vial as it passes underneath. The label is then wrapped around the vial at the product moves under the wrap station. The conveyor has 2 different sets of flights differing in height and color. The different height flights allow the end user to have the system apply labels to different sized vials with minimal changeover.
