?Team spotlight!? Michael Hart has been with CTE for the past year as one of our transportation specialists, and his infectious, positive energy has made each day at work more enjoyable! Always sporting a smile and ready to check in with how everyone’s doing, Michael is a familiar face answering calls, building relationships with carriers and clients, and ensuring all clients' needs are met. Over the past year, Michael has truly embraced the company culture at CTE. He appreciates the balance of hard work and fun, whether it's through exciting events, giveaways, or simply working alongside great people. The family-like atmosphere here is something he really values. Outside of work, Michael loves spending time with his 14-month-old son, watching him grow and experience the world. He’s also passionate about flying remote-controlled airplanes and rewatching The Office.
