Honestly, like so many of you, we are struggling. It’s okay to feel worry or even despair. These are hard times, and we know many of you are feeling it deeply. But remember, you are not alone—we are in this together, and we are here for you. Let’s be clear: we face a fierce challenge ahead. A Trump Administration means the threat of mass deportations, family separations, and the targeting of immigrant organizations like ours. It’s an attack on our communities, our families, and our right to thrive in the place we call home. But let us be equally clear: we will not back down. We are ready to resist. We are here to fight, to protect, and to stand up for each other. At C4D, we are mobilizing an emergency response. In these urgent weeks leading up to the inauguration, we need to be prepared to protect our own. Undocumented youth deserve the right to learn, to live in safety, and to dream of a future without fear. C4D is on the frontlines of building a network for rapid response across the state. Our youth members are rising to meet this moment with courage, but they need a community that believes in them, backs them, and fights alongside them. Your support is now more critical than ever.
