Catching our breath after delivering in time for the students back for the Fall Semester!?CT Projects LLC working with Camp Construction Services, University Partners and archall architects were successful in remodeling 21 multi-bed units late this summer.?The team worked together to deliver under a tight schedule window.?Renovations including new flooring, appliances, blinds, lighting upgrades, plumbing fixtures, and on and on.?Project was a success in that all of these units are fully leased!?Planning for the next phase….????

After a week of relentless effort and dedication, we successfully reclaimed the land from years of overgrowth.
