As President since 2004, Dave’s leadership and vision guided us through countless milestones, including our successful merger with Verdantas. In 1922, Frank Thomas took a bold step, leaving his role as village engineer in Euclid, Ohio, to establish Frank A. Thomas & Associates. This firm, a pioneer for its time, focused on engineering solutions for cities and towns, quickly gaining recognition, particularly in water and waste management. After World War II, Colpetzer-Woods Consultants emerged from the legacy of Fullerton & Kerr in Northeast Ohio, specializing in construction, surveying, road building, and land development. In 1984, these two companies united to form Colpetzer-Thomas, which later would become CT Consultants, Inc. For decades, CT Consultants thrived by fostering strong relationships in the public sector and expanding our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients. In 2024, we proudly joined Verdantas. This strategic partnership enhances our capabilities and aligns our complementary client portfolios, particularly in the public sector, paving the way for exciting new growth opportunities. We are proud to highlight our team from CT Consultants and their impressive contribution to a project the City of Solon has referred to as the city's "crown jewel." Our dedicated team played a pivotal role in transforming a former golf course into a 32-acre residential development. From supporting the rezoning and voter referendum to providing top-notch ecological, engineering, and stormwater management services, we have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life. Right before the holiday, the City of Alexandria, Kentucky, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Government Campus. We could not be more excited to be a part of this project with team members KLH Engineers, Pepper Construction Group, and Design Details Interiors Group. The design team, including CT's Mark Brueggemann, Johh deGraaf, Shawn Riggs, Michael Anderson, and Chad A. Knight, were present. Celebrating GIS Day at Lakeland Community College ? Big thank you to Lakeland Community College (NE Ohio) for allowing us to celebrate GIS day with their students, faculty, and local high school students. Lakeland consistently excels at bringing together local agencies and companies to discuss and present the latest advancements in the GIS, Geospatial, and Reality Capture industries. ? This year, our own Brian Ray and Christian Bretz attended the event, engaging one-on-one with students and delivering a brief presentation.
