Santa Claus came to town yesterday aboard the #CSXSantaTrain, spreading joy and cheer! Alongside our amazing partners, CSX delivered over 15 tons of gifts to families across Appalachia. This incredible tradition continues to make a positive impact on communities along its historic route. Last night was a sleigh-load of festive fun! Our #ONECSX team was proud to host a holiday celebration in Erwin, TN, to help our neighbors celebrate the holiday season after being hit hard by Hurricane #Helene. CSX has been a part of this community for over 100 years, and we’re honored to deliver holiday cheer and show support for this resilient community, including through donations to local organizations focused on hurricane relief. #ONECSXOneCommunity

#SantaTrain2024 is almost here! To deliver holiday cheer along the historic route in Appalachia, our #ONECSX elves were hard at work packing over 15 tons of gifts! To every CSX employee who lent a helping hand, thank you—your teamwork, camaraderie and commitment embody the #ONECSX spirit and is essential to helping the #CSXSantaTrain bring joy each year.

Our 21st heritage unit is here: Locomotive 1981 honoring Pan Am Railways! Pan Am Railways began operating in 1981 as Guilford Transportation Industries and took on the Pan Am name in 2006. Pan Am joined the CSX family in 2022 and is now an integral part of our New England region. Thank you to the #ONECSX team at Waycross for bringing this unit – and the entire fleet of CSX heritage locomotives to life!
