She has thrived in multiple positions, beginning her journey as a part-time member of the tack department and later stepping up into the signage coordinator and assistant administrator role. Hailey is actively involved in the community including rodeos, Fairchild Air Force Base activities, and the Spokane Interstate Horse Drill Team. She recently graduated with honors and is balancing part-time work while student teaching. She aspires to be a full-time elementary school teacher.
