Our most recent "Be Excellent Day" was an amazing success! Being able to celebrate the members of our team that are going the extra mile is one of the most rewarding things that we do on a regular basis. Every quarter, we celebrate these individuals while training, enjoying a meal together, catching up on business, allowing everyone to share thoughts and concerns, and simply being together as a family. Special thank you to Service Manager Rocco Nardi for sharing his wisdom and experience about the importance of "representing the CSM Mechanical & Environmental Solutions brand" in everything that we do. What a great time and we cannot wait for the next! Great work team!

Take a walk with Zach and the team as they clean up a recent project to make sure that the next person onsite can arrive to a safe and clean work space. Great things really can happen when we work as a team... The team continues to build the City of Mason Wastewater Plant out of the ground day by day. Between large-tonnage crane lifts and the fitting / installation of large-diameter piping, the men and women that work hard daily on this project are really doing incredible things! Take a look at a day out on the job...

If you call Michigan "home" then you know that we don't stop for the cold weather! The CSM Mechanical & Environmental Solutions team displayed this first hand when they braved cold Winter weather conditions and safely removed and replaced a large-tonnage roof top unit for the City of Royal Oak. Although weather is a variable that we cannot control, it is always so important to practice safe working practices and techniques during weather conditions that could present a safety risk. The team did exactly that and we could not be more proud! Great work guys! Now go an get yourself some Hot Coco?

We are so grateful to look back on 2024... 2024 was a year of challenges, growth, family, and most of all fun. We can not thank our customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and most of all our CSM Mechanical & Environmental Solutions team members who made 2024 one of our best years yet! We were able to come together and complete some incredible projects all while helping out our friends / customers with the problems that they face daily. Although it may not always be the cleanest; wastewater treatment plants are critical infrastructure within any community. At CSM Mechanical & Environmental Solutions, we have made our name in maintaining, improving, and building wastewater and clean-water plants throughout the entire United States. Take a quick walk with Senior Foreman Daryl Jordan as he and the CSM Mechanical team improve and maintain a set of wastewater clarifiers for the city of Howell. Great job team and keep up the incredible work!

We could not be happier to welcome new Senior Project Manager and Estimator Joe Rubey to the team. Joe comes with an expansive background in large commercial / industrial applications. At his previous role, Joe oversaw the fabrication division of a large mechanical contractor within the state of Michigan. We can't wait to watch Joe grow and flourish within the CSM Mechanical team. Industrial applications really are our Bread & Butter... Take a walk with Senior Foreman TJ Fields as he walks you through an awesome installation for one of those industrial customers. Tj and the CSM Mechanical team just wrapped up a compressed air piping install for a customer that manufactures industrial glass components for the automotive industry. This project embodies what CSM Mechanical & Environmental Solutions is built upon and it is so incredible to see the team be the very best at what they do! Great job guys!

We are so thankful to have celebrated the holidays with our entire team this year! Great food, great company, and a great opportunity to enjoy being with our "CSM Family."
