Took only a few hundred lines of code to create a configurable Allen-Bradley PLC to #MQTT driver. Works for complex UDT's and generic types to publish data in configurable intervals or on a value change. We'll be using #Telegraf to contextualize the data as we ingest it into #InfluxDB and throwing in #Grafana dashboards for a comprehensive picture of the system whether in real time or historically. More features on the way to simplify the #DataOps process.
