As we prepare for the busy season ahead, our in-office and virtual teams made sure to hit pause, relax, and connect. The CSI 3000 Way is all about the Human Element—putting people first and knowing the difference team-building can make when facing those tough days.

From laughter-filled moments at the Erie Neighborhood House Annual Dinner and HACIA's 45th Annual Awards Banquet, to celebrating Latina Heritage Day at the ILLCF Soy Influyente Brunch, those two days have been about more than just fun—they’ve been about empowerment. ? We’re grateful to be part of a community that not only empowers women but ensures their voices are heard, their dreams are supported, and their excellence is celebrated. Together, we break boundaries and inspire future generations of powerful women!

As we conclude Black History Month, we are reminded that celebrating our heritage and achievements should not be confined to just one month. While we take this time to honor the milestones of our past, we also pay tribute to our history by paving the way for a prosperous future.

Today’s CSI 3000 State of the Company meeting reminded us that "The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena" Our COO reminded us that a 100+ year old poem carries the spirit of who we strive to be. At CSI 3000 we are the ones who show up, we are the ones who put in the reps, and we do it while daring greatly.

It's all about PROCESS, PLANNING and PROGRESS! Thanks to meticulous planning, this future Health Center atrium stairs are coming along beautifully, almost ready for the big pour ahead.

With 4 hours of strategic planning, this perfectly represents both who we are, and who we must become in order to achieve our goals. #TheCSI3000Way

Last week, our Con-Ops Team nailed a 200+ CY SOMD pour while dealing with these cold temperatures. Big shoutout to Ricardo, Sayed, Miguel, Paco and the entire crew for leaning back on our institutional knowledge to manage the pour with excellence.
