End of my CS Hudson Era… As I sit down to write this message, I find it hard to believe that the time has come for me to say farewell. After much reflection and deliberation, I have made the decision to step down as co-CEO of CS Hudson. It is bittersweet to announce that today, September 13th will be my last day @ CS Hudson With this news, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of our team members for making our organization one of the main reasons I’ve eagerly jumped out of bed each morning for the past seven years. Building this company from the ground up with Moses, Desiree and Todd and having the privilege of working with such a talented and dedicated team has been one of my most rewarding experiences in my life. Together, we have navigated challenges, celebrated many successes, and created an organization and company culture that I’m incredibly proud of. When CS Hudson was founded in 2017, we set out with a vision to completely reimagine the FM Industry. Through our industry expertise, field experience, best-in-class data, innovation-driven programs and most importantly—the hard work of our amazing team, we were able to turn that vision into a reality. From the early days with just the four of us sitting in this huge empty office space, wondering how we'd fill it with people and business, cover the rent, and tackle yet another startup—to forming a highly capable team that not only reached but exceeded significant milestones, it's been an unbelievable journey to say the least. CS Hudson’s remarkable growth and success are a testament to the talented team and values we've cultivated together. Although I am leaving, a piece of my heart will always remain with CS Hudson and our amazing team, client, and vendor partners. Above all, I’m extremely grateful for the long-time friendships and connections I’ve had the privilege of forming while building and leading this incredible organization. I am immensely proud of our collective accomplishments and thankful for the experiences and opportunities I’ve had during my tenure with this amazing organization. I am confident that our partnership with Orion Services Group will support the company’s continued advancement, and it will thrive in the capable hands of our exceptional team and new vertical leader Cecil Moore This isn’t goodbye as I look forward to watching and celebrating all the wonderful new heights that CS Hudson and Orion will undoubtedly continue to reach. I’m excited for this next chapter! I'm taking some time off to explore where I can apply my passion and skills to new challenges, opportunities, and experiences, all while helping to elevate and redefine our industry.
