CryptoMondays Goes Global: Insights from Madeira ??? and London What an inspiring CryptoMondays Twitter Spaces today! We had the pleasure of hearing from Malcolm Dare of CryptoMondays Madeira and Kaitlin Argeaux of CryptoMondays London, who shared their valuable experiences building thriving crypto communities. Here are some key takeaways: Madeira ??? is a burgeoning hub for crypto and blockchain innovation. The island boasts a strong Bitcoin community, government support for crypto adoption, and a growing digital nomad scene. Consistency is key for community building. Kaitlyn emphasised the importance of regular events to provide a reliable space for connection and learning. Sponsors can elevate your events. Both London and San Francisco chapters have benefited greatly from sponsorships, enabling them to secure better venues, catering and high-profile speakers. CryptoMondays chapters are collaborative. The chapters are always willing to support each other through shared resources, speaker recommendations and cross-promotion. Regulation is a hot topic. Both Kaitlyn and Kyle of CryptoMondays San Francisco discussed the importance of navigating regulatory landscapes in the UK and US, highlighting the "Stand with Crypto" movement. Thinking "blockchain-first" can unlock new opportunities. Malcolm shared his vision for using blockchain as the backbone of Madeira's proposed film production industry. What an incredible start to Devcon week!?CryptoMondays Bangkok was a fantastic event, bringing together over 100 passionate individuals from the crypto community.
