Nearly one thousand solutionists from business, government, and philanthropic sectors gathered to explore ambitious, collaborative pathways toward a sustainable future.?Dr. Vanessa Z Chan of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) set the stage, emphasizing the importance of Public-Private Partnerships and bipartisan policies in unlocking billions for low-carbon infrastructure and climate technologies. Philanthropic powerhouses Nat Simons and Niklas Adalberth highlighted the potential of strategic investing to catalyze systemic change. Justin Winters (One Earth) and Bradley Smith (One Small Planet) unveiled a roadmap for directing capital toward nature-based solutions, introducing frameworks such as Bioregions and the Global Safety Net. John Felts, CEO of Cruz Foam, along with Sarah Luisi, VP of Strategic Sourcing and Operations at LVMH North America, and Kaley Roshitsh from Casales, explored the realm of circular supply chains and the initiatives LVMH is undertaking to transition to more sustainable materials. CALSTART, Maersk Growth, and Bezos Earth Fund dove into decarbonization in hard-to-abate sectors.?Ambition Loop convened runway for Change to illuminate innovation, culture, and transformation within apparel.?From renewable energy in textile mills to biomaterials on the catwalk, leaders like PANGAIA and Patagonia demonstrated how collaboration can create a greener future for fashion. As night fell,?we welcomed Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley, who gave a powerful sermon on the importance of this moment and the absolute need to unite to keep our planet moving.?We saw the world satellite imaged in a higher resolution courtesy of Gabe Dominocielo of Umbra and dove into conservation upgraded with Robin Moore of Re:wild.?We welcomed the?inspiring?and hilarious Rainn Wilson and Molly Voss of Climate Basecamp, who spoke about the power of entertainment and storytelling in accelerating #climatesolutions, as well as Chuck Tatham, creator of Modern Family, who laid out a vision to bring climate communication into the shows and content of pop culture. The evening was elevated when Wesley Schultz of the Lumineers played an incredible acoustic set with James Felice that left the room inspired, energized, dancing, and singing.
