I had the chance to sit down with Briggs Moon, our VP of Operations, to talk about one of our CRUX values: lifelong learning, and how it shapes his approach to work and life. For Briggs, lifelong learning is more than just a concept—it’s a necessity, especially in the fast-paced world of technology. "In tech, you have to be okay with spending a lot of time learning something that might eventually disappear," he says. "Technology is always changing, and staying relevant means constantly adapting." He also believes everyone is a lifelong learner, whether they realize it or not. "Some people naturally embrace it, while others might find it harder, especially as they get older. But the question is—do you want to be a gold medalist or play on the JV team?" Briggs embodies lifelong learning by staying curious and open to new knowledge daily. It’s a mindset that fuels growth, innovation, and adaptability.
