Crow Holdings Development’s Connor Jaeger recently spoke with Real Estate New Jersey to discuss his time as a former standout swimmer and two-time Olympian, having won silver at the 2016 Rio Games and medals at the FINA World Championships in 2013 and 2015. ? Connor says much of his experience as an Olympic athlete has prepared him for a career in real estate development, emphasizing the importance of being able to work with a team and being willing to “surround yourself with people who are better than you” as a means of reaching his full potential. ?
