Lennox vs. Trane vs. Carrier... Need a new commercial HVAC or refrigeration system? Here are some key points to consider when choosing between HVAC and commercial refrigeration: ?? Space Requirements: Assess the size of the area you need to cool and if it requires consistent temperature control (HVAC) or specialized cooling for food storage (commercial refrigeration). ?? Application: Consider the specific needs of your business, like whether you need to cool food products, beverages, or simply maintain comfortable indoor temperatures. ? Energy Efficiency: Look for systems with high SEER ratings (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) to save on energy costs. ??? Maintenance Needs: Factor in the cost and availability of maintenance services for your chosen system. At Crosstown Mechanical, we service Trane, Lennox, Carrier systems and more and can recommend the best system for your business. Contact us today for an assessment!

"Where did the name 'Crosstown' come from?" We get this question more than we can count. Some people say the name came from "the Crosstown Highway" or "The Crosstown" which is another less widely used name for Minnesota State Highway 62 (MN 62) or County Road 62 (CR 62) BUT the name actually came from the founders Don Johnson and Ray Brick from back in 1979 and originated from their Christian Values and the Golden Rule: "Treat others the way you would want to be treated..." and we still take that perspective to heart when we look at our customers' problems. So there you have it!
