Crossroads Jobs, Inc.

Crossroads Jobs is a 501(c)3 non profit in Loudoun County, Virginia. We offer individualized job search and placement services to unemployed and underemployed area residents who are not well served by conventional job banks and agencies. Our program,which takes in new applicants every week, teaches the skills needed to seek, secure and maintain employment. Our services include pre- and-post-placement counseling in both individual and group settings to support not only the job-search process, but subsequent employment stability and career growth. Crossroads Jobs works directly with local businesses to keep abreast of openings and to identify positions that can be difficult to fill in this region. Our services are provided at no cost to either applicants or employers.
