We are proud to announce our collaboration with Concord Summit Capital and 3650 REIT to secure $83 million in construction financing for a transformative mixed-use residential and retail project in New Rochelle, New York. This vibrant development will feature 300-plus apartments, parking and street-front commercial space — all in a walkable, transit-friendly location. As the existing senior lender, we partnered with Concord Summit Capital's expert advisers, who helped arrange a seamless financing solution. 3650 REIT stepped in with a flexible and strategic capital structure to complete the project, including Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing and a brownfield tax credit bridge loan.
