As 2024 comes to a close, Crossroads Impact Corp reflects on another year of advancing economic vitality and community development. Through strategic investments in socially responsible businesses, we're proud of the strides we've made in supporting historically underrepresented groups. This year, we launched the C3 program with Capital Plus Financial and Cenerus to help banks better serve underserved communities, and our CEO, Eric Donnelly, was recognized as a #MO100 Top Impact CEO for his leadership in advancing equitable access to capital. Eric also participated in the Latino Leaders Magazine C-Suite Forum, discussing ways to increase Latino representation in corporate leadership, while Lisa Narrell Mead engaged with industry leaders at the Ole Miss Banking and Finance Symposium. We also secured significant financing for a transformative mixed-use development in New Rochelle, furthering our mission to drive economic growth and opportunity. Lisa Narrell Mead recently attended the University of Mississippi Banking and Finance Symposium, an event designed to educate students, alumni and financial professionals on pressing issues in the industry. The symposium covered a variety of timely topics, including the role of women in finance, cybersecurity and strategies for growing a bank during uncertain times. A standout moment was the fireside chat with Michelle Bowman, a member of the board of governors of the federal reserve, whose deep expertise as a former banker offered invaluable insights into the financial system.
