Community is everything for us and it was great to see Nicholas H. up on stage at #ChannelCon talking about his journey! The team had a amazing time listening and learning from so many inspiring leaders, just another fantastic show from the folks at #CompTIACommunity
Community = resilience ?? That was the message from Desraie Thomas & Nicholas H. as they shared their stories on the rollercoaster of their professional journeys. It was a privilege to get vulnerable with them and hear how they've coped with getting laid off, hustling through entrepreneurship, and taking #ExtremeOwnership of their paths. Everyone's got that little voice inside their head whispering uncertainty and doubt. That's just the bad roommate that talks through your favorite movie. Don't let it get to you especially when you're dealing with getting laid off and feeling like your self worth has been slashed in the process. Their big take away: invest time into building a community of colleagues and friends because they will be your safety net when life throws you curve balls. There's no better example of that than the peer networks built at CompTIA #ChannelCON Special shout out to Adam Proulx for giving us the chance to tell our stories.
