The layout process is crucial to any construction project, especially when it comes to intricate details of complex designs and finishes. This acoustical baffled ceiling design required an immense amount of attention and coordination. All individual baffles were ordered to size and could not be cut or modified on-site. Because the baffles varied in size, the mounting points also varied. This is where a precise layout came into play in order to keep everything orderly and aligned for a beautifully finished installation.

Attention to detail in every aspect! From the precision of the millwork and the seamless integration of the folding glass partition to the striking acoustical baffled ceiling above. This project highlights our team's expertise in executing complex, high-end finish builds within an occupied space.

A beautiful transformation! This project started out as a vacant office space, with executive offices along the perimeter. In addition, a portion of the space being a decommissioned data center with raised floors and old, inactive UPS & AC Units above that have seen better days serving the building! Upon completion of the full demolition, new construction for this Conference Center was underway. From layout to punch list, our team has encountered and overcame multiple obstacles, as this project was filled with plenty of particular details.
