Heather has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years, saying what she likes most about her job is, “One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is the opportunity to mentor the next generation of insurance professionals. Guiding them through the complexities of the industry and watching them grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding.” Outside of work Heather is a movie buff, enjoying film festivals, reading scripts, and some movie theatre popcorn with her husband. Today we are highlighting Glenivee Terwilliger, Administrative Assistant at our Beverly, MA branch. Glenivee has been in the insurance industry for almost 4 years, saying what she likes most about her job is, “I love my work family! I am so grateful to work with some of the most genuine and kind people I know. Everyone truly cares about each other, both in and out of work, and we all have a common goal to keep the agency running like a well-oiled machine for our insureds. I also love helping our customers and solving problems. It’s a good feeling when an insured feels confident that their questions were answered, and problems were solved before hanging up the phone.” When not at the office Glenivee enjoys spending time with her family and outside in her happy place, planting flowers in her garden.
