Central Texas Food Bank recently broke ground at 1402 Gholson Road, the new location for their expanding operations and a planned 64,000 SF Waco Facility. Central Texas Food Bank headquartered out of Austin, will utilize this new facility to serve as a northern territory?distribution center, positioning?services?100 miles closer than before to bring food access and other services to thousands in the Heart of Texas Region who daily face food insecurity. Last week the EOAC celebrated the ribbon cutting of it's new central office location at 1800 N Valley Mills Drive. The Cromwell Commercial Group Team was able to work together to broker both sides of this transaction with Brandon Davis and Brad Davis representing the seller and Will Phipps, CCIM representing the buyer. The non-profit organization Economic Opportunities and Advancement Corporation exists to serve people in need with compassion and dignity, to help those who can to achieve economic independence, and to ease the pain of poverty barriers. At the ribbon cutting ceremony the location was dedicated to Mrs. Dorthy Marstaller who inspired attendees saying "If you have a dream and you have faith, you can achieve anything." We are thankful for all the work and impact the EOAC, along with many other non-profit organizations have on the community and are excited for they next chapter of their service at their new central office location.

Clay Fuller of Cromwell Commercial Group brokered the lease at 1618 Exchange Parkway to PSC James Construction Group, the contractor selected by TXDOT to complete the $234M I-35 Waco South Project for the second phase of road improvements between 12th Street and South Loop 340. Grand Opening this weekend, Basin Climbing and Fitness is bringing climbing, fitness, yoga, youth classes and event space rental to the Waco area!
