Clay Fuller with Cromwell Commercial Group solidified the acquisition of the location to incorporate both Opal’s Oysters and Terry Black’s Barbecue at 228 S 8th St., at a total of 10,000 SF in downtown. The addition of these restaurants continue to show Waco’s capacity and sustainability of growth with the continual expansion of elevated dining experiences. Originally out of Lockhart, the Black’s have a proved track record of success for generations, and Waco has proven the next right step for the Hospitality Group seeing success with the first few months of Terry Black’s Barbecue. Grand Opening this weekend, Basin Climbing and Fitness is bringing climbing, fitness, yoga, youth classes and event space rental to the Waco area! Basin Climbing utilized the skills and guidance of Brandon Davis of Cromwell Commercial Group to help with site selection for the climbing gym and fitness center, and while the task had specific and unique height and size needs, he was able to guide them in procuring the perfect property for their success. Located off Alliance Parkway in Hewitt, Basin hopes to bring a new form of exercise and challenge to the community through indoor rock climbing, and become a hub for activity, exercise and community.
