Last week, CROFT had the privilege of sponsoring the 2024 Shotgun Sisters Gala?at the Georgia Tech Conference Center. The evening was filled with inspiration, recognition, and generosity as we celebrated the 2024 Shotgun Sisters Awards recognizing women in the AEC industry who participate in monthly shoots, as well as, tackling one of Atlanta's most troubling problems.? (AGC Georgia) and Duffey Southeast Construction, Inc., CROFT was proud to participate in judging the blueprint reading portion of the Northwest Georgia Skills Challenge competition. The AGC Georgia Skills Challenge plays a crucial role in workforce development by providing a platform for high school students to showcase their skills in essential trades like Carpentry, Electrical, Masonry, Plumbing, and Welding. Through this annual event, students gain hands-on experience, build confidence, and demonstrate their abilities in a competitive setting, preparing them for careers in the skilled trades. Representing CROFT at this year’s AGC Skills Challenge was Grant Rainwater, RA (Business Director), where he volunteered to participate in judging the “Blueprint Reading” competition. #architecture #interiordesign #engineering #croftcares #workforcedevelopment #competition
