CRM began life in 2003 following a management buy-out from Savills and has grown to become a leading serviced living operator, working in both the UK and the wider European market. Focused on the assets of corporate, university and institutional investors, and with over 18 years’ experience successfully delivering client objectives, we provide management services for over 25,000 rooms. Our operations are centrally supported, locally led and completely transparent. Support for our clients starts from the concept stage of a development project, and our unparalleled breadth of experience and focus is often called upon by private and institutional developers. The growth of CRM as a company has been achieved organically, through careful and thorough management of our clients’ assets. We’ve also been able to adapt our offering to the ever-changing needs of residents, particularly in their requirement for an outstanding experience.

    Edinburgh > Sheffield > Manchester > Cardiff > Exeter > London The last two weeks have been a whirlwind, but it has been an absolute pleasure to tour the country with Andrew Manning and Johan Wiehman-Larter to deliver Sales & Marketing training to our fantastic CRM Students Site Teams. This year my aim was to strip social media back to basics, to remind everyone why we are using these platforms and what we are really trying to achieve and provide. It was always going to be a difficult task pitching this (and providing value) to such a varied audience in terms of experience and pre-existing social media knowledge, but I was blown away by the engagement and desire to learn that I was met with. So a huge thank you to everyone who attended. I would rather a 3 hour conversation over delivering a 1 hour presentation every single time.

    Today is University Mental Health Day, also known as a day to make mental health a university-wide priority and create ongoing change all year round. This year our on-site staff have been hosting a number on activities including breakfast mornings, coffees & chats, small acts of kindness and more. It’s important that staff and students join together to get the nation talking about student mental health ???

    Today on International Women’s Day we want to join in recognising all the fantastic and inspirational women across the entirety of CRM Students. ? As a company that prides ourselves on our inclusivity, we seek to support, nurture and shine a light on them not just today, but 365 days a year. ? Only yesterday our Operations Director Tracy Stanton represented CRM Students at the Private Rental Sector Advisory Panel Meeting at one of the highest levels in the country, the House of Lords. #internationalwomensday

    Great to attend today's private rental sector Advisory Panel Meeting and represent CRM and the PBSA sector as a member of the panel. I found the meeting incredibly informative and look forward to helping address the challenges the private rental sector is facing. As a operator with a massive passion for the sector its great to be involved and help find solutions to the issues that as an industry we are facing.
