Additionally, the bolts heads were stripped on the “crab legs” and needed to be replaced. Critical Systems Advisors called Jordan Smith in Southern California and the customer service we received from West Coast Pneumatics was unmatched! Not only did Jordan sourced the tank gasket and bolts, he drove to the vendor warehouse and picked up items. Furthermore, Jordan stayed after hours to make sure our logistics team picked up the gaskets and bolts and delivered them back to the customer in Northern California within the 12 hour window.
