Our latest case study shows you really can have it all: https://lnkd.in/gmq7aJrD A large software company added Criteria's CCAT and EPP to their entry-level salesperson hiring process, seeking to make hiring more efficient and better at finding high-quality workers, all while maintaining a positive candidate experience. In just a few months, adding Criteria's assessments to their hiring process achieved: ?? 5% greater ACV bookings ?? 5% higher attainment ? 9% better quota achievement ?? 28% fewer phone screens needed to make one hire ? Time savings equivalent to 16 manager hours and 14 recruiter hours per month The recruiting team estimates that if they had been using these assessments in the past,?nearly half of their recent terminations could have been prevented,?saving the company almost $800,000 in turnover costs.
