This morning I kicked off the EQIP meeting. The special meeting was hosted by CRISP - Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients and MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society. We took a step back and did a walkthrough of the EQIP program and answered questions. The presentation featured Olivia Simon Christal Forte and Jessica Heslop - the video answers some frequently asked questions and does a nice walkthrough of the CRISP EQIP portal. https://lnkd.in/etHguf4h

CRISP is seeking nominees for the annual Patty Brown Innovation Award, which recognizes an individual or team dedicated to advancing health care in Maryland. The winner will be announced at the Annual User Summit on Tuesday, April 23rd (registration details are below). Last year's winner was 'Wheels to Wellness' for their exemplary work within the community in such innovative and transformative ways! Recipients must be innovative in their collaboration with people and organizations across the healthcare continuum. CRISP and CRISP Shared Services are excited to announce we are accepting applications for a Program Analyst position. The Program Analyst will work closely with the State of Maryland and other stakeholders in efforts to support both hospital and non-hospital care redesign and transformation initiatives. This position, and CRISP in general, will support the industry and policy makers who are pursuing new programs and will implement/administer such programs as they are developed and approved. This position will support the program administration team with primary focus on assigned program areas that may include the CRISP Learning System, the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP), digital quality measures (DQM), care redesign, Care Transformation Initiatives (CTI) or other areas. This individual will be responsible for maintaining relevant policy and subject matter expertise as it relates to their program focus(es). The Program Analyst will provide both analytical and advisory support as well project management to program areas.
