Meet Brad Antlitz, our incredible Implementation Manager at CRISP Shared Services (CSS), who also provides essential support to CRISP DC! Brad’s journey into Health IT is truly remarkable—he started his career as a Marine Corps Sergeant and Infantry Squad Leader in Ramadi, Iraq. After an honorable discharge, Brad transitioned to nursing, beginning as a bedside nurse at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma before becoming the Manager of the Neurotrauma Center. There, he led a large team and specialized units, fueling his passion for solving complex challenges and fostering strong team dynamics. Brad’s leadership philosophy is built on humility, respect, and empowerment. He’s guided by the motto, “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go as a team,” which reflects his deep commitment to collaboration and long-term success. Joining the Information Management role with CSS was a natural fit, as he thrives on effective communication, problem-solving, and tackling novel use cases in healthcare. Fun Fact: When Brad’s not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active, and even expressing his creativity through poetry! ??
