The MBA Class of 2025 also had the opportunity to experience the principles driving Specialized Bicycle Components Inc., which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. With a guiding ethos of "For riders, by riders," Specialized consistently focuses on improving the riding experience for its users through every business decision it makes. ?? Additionally, Brandon Bir from Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea shared his journey with coffee, sustainability, and business development in Columbus, Ohio. Brandon and his team are dedicated to ethical and sustainable coffee sourcing, employing a direct trade model that fosters strong relationships with coffee farmers. ? This approach ensures fair compensation for farmers, promoting economic stability and growth within coffee-growing communities. ??
