In an incident of cybercrime and consumer rights violations, a T-Mobile technical support representative hijacked a customer's SIM card (myself) and activated it on a different device amid a larger organized crime scandal linked to FBI corruption. The #FBI ignored all reports made on the organized crime including this incident, despite the direct evidence which is included in the article.
