?? Amazing day 1 at the BioTechX Conference! Vaibhav Saini, PhD, of the CRI presented exciting projects in the Biomarker and CDx session at the BioTechX conference yesterday. Vaibhav highlighted an explainable AI webapp for multisource data to assist clinicians with diagnosis and cancer therapy recommendation by Saeed Amal; a portable wireless headset coupled with AI using DAVEP1 biomarker to detect neuro-ophthalmic diseases like AMD, Multiple Sclerosis, and more by Srinivas Sridhar and NeuroFieldz, and a device and software for longitudinal monitoring and early remote intervention to prevent anxiety or other episodes by Dr. susan whitfield-gabrieli. Vaibhav also noted the capabilities offered by Roux Institute and BATL lab?at NU.?Thanks to Qingchu Jin?of Raimond Winslow's group?and Elena Coronado?for taking the time out of their schedules at the conference and joining the session. ?
