Sponsor Spotlight! In case you haven't been tuned into our feed, our 2025 CRHRA & Capital Region ATD Annual Conference is almost here (May 13). It's sponsors like CI Checked which make our event possible. We asked CI Checked to share a short message about what they are looking forward to: CI can't wait to meet HR pros at the CRHRA annual conference. We're looking forward to sharing ideas about building strong, compliant hiring practices while making great connections. Let's raise a cup to growing together! Thanks Michelle & Company. We're thrilled to have you back again.

We're fortunate to have sponsors come back year after year. GTM is no exception. As we continue to highlight our supporters, we want to say thanks to GTM for joining the CRHRA / Capital Region ATD Annual Conference once again. In their own words, "GTM Payroll & HR proudly supports the annual CRHRA Conference year after year with one clear goal: to empower HR professionals to become true "HR Heroes" for their businesses and employees. By leveraging GTM’s unique Administrative Service Offering (ASO), HR leaders can streamline their operations with a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) and payroll solution, expert HR outsourcing, and customizable insurance and employee benefit plans. This transformative approach helps businesses operate more efficiently, allowing HR teams to focus on their core priorities. We’re excited to connect with attendees once again in the engaging and supportive environment the CRHRA Conference provides." Thanks for being with us once again!

Continuing the many Thank You's to our generous CRHRA & Capital Region ATD Annual Conference. Today we're thanking our Coffee Bar Sponsor, isolved. You probably guessed by now, we're brewing a caffeinated theme! Marissa Sohl jumped at the opportunity to support us: "I am thrilled to be partnering with CRHRA for their annual conference this May. With employees being the most valuable asset to any organization, it is vital to shine a light on the important work HR teams are doing on a daily basis to ensure employee satisfaction and the long-term success of the business. CRHRA has put together an informative and thoughtful agenda around these topics, and I am extremely excited to learn valuable information from the speakers and HR leaders in attendance!" Thanks Marissa and iSolved HCM - we look forward to seeing you on Conference Day!

Coming April 8 - our next program. Our dedicated Workforce Readiness committee, led by Susan Karavolas (including Kelly O'Brien SHRM-CP, PHR, Jennifer Pickering and others) have worked tirelessly with our great parters at the Capital Region Workforce Development Board (Brian J. Williams, Tim Drawbridge) to pull together an in depth panel discussion on the resources available in our area. This is the first of several discussions to come on Workforce Development here in the Capital District. Sign up at www.crhra.org today!

Thanks to one of our Past-Presidents, and longtime board member, Chris Wessell for being our Latte/Lanyard sponsor. We asked Chris what he was most excited about in being part of our CRHRA & Capital Region ATD Annual Conference: "For me, it's a given to continue to support CRHRA's annual conference year after year. Now in my 23rd year of membership, this organization and the HR community at large has been there for me in so many ways throughout my career, so it is an honor and a privilege to be in a position to give back. This event rivals many larger conferences in quality. Not only is it a no-brainer to support as a sponsor, but as an HR professional you owe it to yourself to be there." Thanks for being there for your local #HRCommunity Chris!
