Last week, CREW Northwest Arkansas took an exclusive property tour of The District in Rogers, AR. The District is one of the newest developments in the city of Rogers- offering a prime location for apartment dwellers and business opportunities. Developed by Whisinvest Realty and constructed by Clark Contractors, LLC, the project is already filling up with businesses who are eager to work with the NWA community. Members stopped by each space to observe the unique office suites and learn about the businesses occupying them. Thank you to Homegrown, Academy Bank, Fit Body Boot Camp, Sono Bello, Gearhead Outfitters, Clark Contractors, LLC, and pb2 architecture + engineering for welcoming us! The development was also worked on by SCM Architects, Engineering Consultants, Inc., and Pettit & Pettit Consulting Engineers Inc with some tenants having been represented by CBRE and Capstone Commercial Advisors.
