We're only one month away from the CREW In The Community Impact Luncheon on April 23rd at Gleneagles Country Club. CREW in the Community’s annual Impact Luncheon brings awareness to its mission of improving the lives of women in the Dallas-Fort Worth community by helping raise funds to grant educational scholarships for women. Fundraising is at the core of what we do as an organization. We have raised over $3.6 MILLION to support our beneficiaries and to seed/fund our outreach programs, such as CREW Careers. We will be announcing our scholarship recipients during the event, so you won't want to miss it! If you haven't signed up, what are you waiting for? Grab your ticket at https://lnkd.in/gz-D_pt8

President Jimmy Carter signed a resolution in 1981 officially recognizing Women's History Week, after the National Women's History Alliance (NWHA) began celebrating in 1980. In 1987, Congress expanded recognition to the entire month of March, creating the National Women's History Month we honor today. From the NWHA: "As we reflect on our roots, we invite you to join us in supporting, protecting, and amplifying diverse voices in history – ensuring that women’s history remains visible, valued, and celebrated for all generations. The National Women’s History Alliance (NWHA) remains committed to supporting all those who bring history and honor the stories of women to life – whether in classrooms, boardrooms, libraries, community spaces or in living rooms. For 2025, the National Women’s History Alliance (NWHA) proudly presents the theme Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations. Goals & Objectives Honor: Recognize the achievements and contributions of women educators, mentors, and leaders. Inspire: Motivate all generations to pursue education and leadership roles. Educate: Raise awareness about the unheralded legacies of women from every walk of life, highlighting their unique contributions and diverse backgrounds, including socioeconomic status, ethnicity, race, culture, abilities, and personal experiences. Unite: Bring together communities to explore, share, and celebrate women’s history and achievements. Envision: Create a blueprint for the future that honors our foremothers and builds bridges for the next generation of women." How are you moving forward in your career as a woman in the commercial real estate industry?
