The market is clearly expensive, but we do not see any immediate selloff catalysts on the horizon. The key takeaways: ? By many measures, US large caps are about 25% overvalued. ? The U.S. stock market capitalization relative to GDP is near its highest level ever. ? The S&P 600 has outpaced the S&P 500 by five percentage points since early July but remains relatively undervalued. ? While small caps are not immune to a large-cap selloff, their favorable valuations could help insulate investors. ?
