Carlyle Group-Backed Crescent Midstream, LLC has been tapped to develop and build a prospective $1 billion project in Louisiana that will be capable of capturing 3 million metric tonnes of carbon dioxide each year. Once finished, it will be one of the U.S’s largest carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) facilities. Crescent has been selected by Entergy Corp.
