Crescent Communities was proud to support She Built This City at AXIAL by Crescent Communities Rapid Commerce, partnering with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization that has seen the life-changing impact of a good night's sleep firsthand. During a dedicated build day, volunteers came together to assemble bunk beds for children in need across the greater Charlotte community. Thanks to this collaboration, more than 40 beds were delivered, giving recipients a comfortable place to rest and dream big. A special thanks to all volunteer teams involved, including the teams at Turner Construction Company, Clancy & Theys Construction Company, U.S. Bank, Truliant Federal Credit Union, Duke Energy Corporation, NJR CONSTRUCTION, LLC and Moen.

We’re thrilled to announce the completion of AXIAL by Crescent Communities Midway 321! Positioned between Lincolnton and Maiden, North Carolina, this state-of-the-art 175,000 square foot facility, designed for both logistics and manufacturing users, offers 32-foot clear heights, 2,800 square feet of office space, 50 dock-high doors and ample parking. This marks the fourth AXIAL-branded industrial project delivered in the Charlotte region since 2022.
