Last week, our team had the honor of volunteering with DePelchin Children’s Center, a nonprofit accredited foster and adoption agency founded in 1892. DePelchin is dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and families, working tirelessly to break the cycles of abuse and neglect. During our time there, we helped prepare for their annual Holiday Project—a rewarding experience for all involved. This year, the need is greater than ever as they strive to fulfill over 2,000 wish lists, a record-breaking number! It’s inspiring to see how our small efforts contribute to making this holiday season brighter for so many children. In our ongoing efforts to hire the best and brightest in the insurance industry we are absolutely delighted to announce the addition of Carlos Carrillo to our underwriting team as Managing Director of Downstream. Having spent more than 20 years at Allianz where he was the Regional Head of Energy, Carlos will join us on March 4th and will add unparalleled downstream expertise to our group. His extensive knowledge and leadership skills will be an invaluable asset as we continue to expand our company.

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Zak Farnan, who will be joining us in the role of Finance & Wholesale Associate. ? Zak, a recent college graduate and recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship award, is set to bring a fresh perspective to our team.?During his academic journey he was not only a dedicated student majoring in Business Finance with a minor in Accounting, but was also an active member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity.? ? Zak’s journey extended beyond the classroom as he gained valuable industry experience through internships with NOA, AON, Ascot, Bishopsgate and Crescent Specialty.?We’re confident that Zak’s skills and knowledge will contribute significantly to our continued growth. ?
