Welcome to November—Integrity Touchstone Month! Integrity is the practical application of ethics—the manifestation of ethical behavior in real-life situations. Action-oriented application is the starting point in defining Integrity for the Leader-First (LF) Leadership model. Borrowing from the LF Leadership Manifesto, Integrity is adhering consistently to morals, ethical principles, and values to do what is right, not expedient.
