CREO recently collaborated with the talented designers at Gensler Seattle on a 300,000-sq.-ft. life sciences building adjacent to the I-5 freeway in Seattle. The most prominent elements of our scope were the "Alexandria Center" signs, now installed 12 stories high on the north and south sides of the building. With an estimated 275,000 commuters passing by daily on the elevated freeway, these new signs are impossible to miss. #CREO #Signage #Wayfinding #Design #Seattle #customfabrication

Recently, the Nez Perce National Historical Park, located 12 miles east of Lewiston, ID, celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated Visitor Center. The enhanced exhibits provide an immersive experience that deepens visitors' connection to the history and culture of the Nimíipuu people (Nez Perce Tribe). ? At CRēO, we were honored to collaborate with the talented design team at The Design Minds, Inc. and work alongside North Shore Productions on media design and integration to bring this project to life. Our team contributed a variety of services, including project management, design support, detailing and engineering, exhibit fabrication, graphic production, media and lighting integration, artifact mounting, and installation.? ? A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated staff at the National Park Service. We are proud to play a role in preserving and sharing the rich heritage of the Nimíipuu homeland. This design feature not only marks the beginning of a journey but also sets the tone for the experiences within. It acts as a beacon, guiding visitors and residents alike, offering a moment of orientation and connection to the space. Each design choice in this landmark was made with intention, focusing on creating a welcoming and memorable entry point that enhances the overall experience of the village. RSM Design is proud to have collaborated with the renowned artist Cyril Kongo, whose artistry brings an additional layer of cultural richness to this project. Kongo’s contributions have seamlessly integrated into the landmark, adding vibrancy and depth that resonates with the community. We're excited to share some of our recent collaborations with Sound Transit, where CRēO has design-engineered, fabricated, and installed a variety of unique elements at multiple light rail stations throughout the Puget Sound region. At Wilburton Station in Bellevue, WA, we constructed a striking 40-foot illuminated tower that transforms from a mirrored surface to vibrant, shifting colors throughout the evening. The station also features a trail bridge connecting the 42-mile Eastrail to Sound Transit’s Wilburton Station. This bridge includes a 117-foot-long metal graphic panel system, paying tribute to the Bellevue Japanese-American farming community. Over at Bellevue Downtown Station, visitors are greeted by "Cyclorama," an impressive illuminated circular lightbox structure suspended from the ceiling at the main entrance. Meanwhile, at Sound Transit’s Downtown Federal Way Station, we brought to life a massive mural by artist Christine Nguyen. This 226-foot-long, 26-foot-tall mural was crafted using dye sublimation on hundreds of aluminum channels and installed on the west side of the parking garage.
