Last Friday, CREG had the pleasure of attending an informative tour hosted by Josh Friedensohn, Steven Kittrell, and Daphne Myers at Grapes and Grains. The event offered a great opportunity to learn about Greenleaf and their journey in commercial real estate. Josh provided insights into entrepreneurship in the CRE industry, making the discussion both engaging and educational. We are also grateful to Steven Kittrell for his enlightening perspective on the commercial real estate market and the transition from college to career. His experiences provided us with a deeper understanding of the industry’s challenges and the importance of strategic career decisions. Last night, our Etkin Scholars gathered at JLL’s Atlanta office for an incredible evening of networking, mentorship, and community-building! The night kicked off with a dynamic speed networking session, where scholars connected with top professionals in the real estate industry. From there, they met with their assigned mentors to dive deeper into meaningful conversations about career paths, industry insights, and future goals.
