Why doesn't my workforce training and experience count towards college credit? "Yes, it can or it might, BUT..." While the system and standards to change the answer to this question is being explored by organizations like Credential As You Go and Higher Learning Commission's Credential Lab, many academic institutions still struggle with the knowledge, the capacity or the employer support to implement programs that truly will create social impact for many in the communities we serve.
