All these content creators that you follow, PM Modi calls them the MVPs of the Internet - Most Valuable Persons! Hence, PM Modi has created a new category of award to honor these MVPs - the National Creators Award. On the 8th of March in Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, PM Modi presented the first ever National Creators Award to celebrate the contribution of content creators who brought positive change in the society and innovation. He encouraged hundreds of the creators sitting in the mandapam and millions out there to create content showcasing India’s culture and heritage. There were more than 20 categories in which these creators were awarded which included: - Best Storyteller Award (for those narrative kings and queens) - Disruptor of the Year (for the game-changers) - Celebrity Creator of the Year (for the A-listers) - Green Champion Award (for the eco-warriors) - Best Creator For Social Change (for the world-changers) And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! There are many more categories such as travel, Swachhta, tech, fashion, food, education, gaming, etc. Alright, enough suspense! Here are some of the winners from this year’s National Creator Award: - Disruptor of the Year award: Ranveer Allahbadia (BeerBiceps) - Best Health and Fitness Creator Award: Ankit Baiyanpuria - Best Creator in Food: Kabita Singh - Favorite Travel Creator: Kamiya Jani - Best storyteller: Keerthika Govindasamy And that’s just the start! There are so many talented creators who got their well-deserved recognition! So, whether you’re a storyteller, an eco-warrior, or just a creative soul, keep slaying that content game! Who knows, you might be the next National Creator Award winner! We are not done here! The plot thickens! Word on the digital street is that there might be more to this than meets the eye. The National Creators Award event took place over a month ago. And now? The PM had an interaction with some of India’s top gamers. Is this all just a coincidence or a strategic move right before the election buzz kicks into high gear? A clever strategy, if you ask us! Well, let’s just say, in the world of politics, everything’s a chess move - and we’re all just pawns in the game. But one good thing is the creators are finally getting the spotlight that they deserve! In the end, all is fair in elections and…war for votes (plus some creator drama?), I guess. Have you ever been stuck in this age-old debate of “Veg vs Non-veg”? We’ve all been there. Well, this fight just got a whole lot spicier (or maybe blander, depending on your taste buds) thanks to Zomato! Well let’s dive into the story of what happened to Shark Tank India's novice shark Deepinder Goyal’s Zomato. On March 19th, 2024, he announced a separate "Pure Veg Mode" for all the veggie lovers out there. This meant orders from strictly vegetarian restaurants, delivered by a special "Pure Veg Fleet" with it’s green attire and green boxes (instead of Zomato's distinctive red color). What was Deepinder's reasoning? Apparently, this step was taken by constant feedback from customers on how their food is being handled, & how the food spills resulted in the aroma lingering and affecting subsequent orders. But hold on to your veggie burgers, because this is where things got messy. Some people started raising concerns over the discrimination which could lead to harassment and safety issues of the delivery personnel in the “Red” shirts in the neighborhood. While others criticized the marketing stunt pulled by Zomato’s CEO. Some users stirred the pot further by bringing in the statistics to justify Mr.Goyal’s “Pure Veg Mode”, pointing out 10% of India’s veg population vs 90% of India’s non-veg population. Amidst the controversy, there were users who were totally on board with the initiative, expressing their gratitude and relief that now their food orders would be guaranteed to be purely vegetarian. Others predicted positive outcomes, such as rise in the quantity of delivery partners eager to work with Zomato. So, what did Deepinder do in this entrepreneurial pressure cooker? He did what any good leader should do - he listened. Amidst the controversy sparked by the introduction of "Pure Veg Mode" and "Pure Veg Fleet," Deepinder promptly tackled the issue head-on, responding swiftly to the uproar. He scrapped the green uniforms and said all delivery riders would wear red, regardless of "Pure Veg" or regular duty.? He even went a step further, promising to ditch the entire "Pure Veg Fleet" thing altogether if the negativity continued, reaffirming a commitment to responsiveness to public feedback. And just like that, the "Veg vs Non-Veg" delivery drama came to an end. Or did it? We will never know. So, what can we learn from this whole Zomato saga? Well, even the biggest startups can make mistakes. But the key is to listen to your customers and adapt when needed. For more such content follow CreatorSilo ?

Heard of AI? There’s no surprise there. It’s been all the rage for the last couple of years, alongside OpenAI's ChatGPT. While there has been an explosive growth in AI, whispers of concern prevails over the job market. Tech Giants and VCs have heavily invested in AI, leaving economists scratching their heads about the impacts on the labor market and job security. Then BAM! Cognition, a US based start-up has announced the launch of Devin AI, which they claim to be the world's first fully independent AI Software Engineer. Is this the end of coding careers as we know them? Hold on! Devin AI isn’t your average coding buddy. It’s a one-stop shop, handling projects from concept to deployment, streamlining the whole software development process. Conceptualizing ideas, building the software, and launching it - all under Devin AI's hood. Here's the kicker: Devin tackles complex engineering tasks, makes lightning-fast decisions (thousands of decisions within seconds!), and even learns from its mistakes over time. Plus, it's got the standard developer toolkit - code editor, to a browser all within a sand-boxed compute environment - each and everything a programmer would need. This AI whiz can even build and deploy apps on its own, collaborate with users, and adapt to your design preferences. And the cherry on top? Devin tackles the dreaded bug hunt, a programmer's worst nightmare. But wait, there's more! Devin can train and improve its own AI model, getting smarter by the day. The performance of Devin AI has been tested on the SWE-Bench coding benchmark. SWE-Bench is like a test to see how good these brainy AIs are at solving real problems for programmers. Benchmark tests show it blows other AI models out of the water, solving real-world coding problems with ease. The resolution rate of Devin AI is 13.86% as compared to 1.96% for other state-of-the-art AI models. The Future of Coding with Devin AI -? GitHub Copilot already stirred the pot for programmers, but Devin takes it to a whole new level. Is it a full-fledged coworker or just a fancy assistant? Here's the thing: software development is more than just coding. Planning, design, and aligning with business needs are crucial aspects that AI can't handle (yet!). So breathe easy, coders - Devin's not here to steal your job entirely. But the question remains - will Devin be a helping hand or a plot twist for the tech world? Only time will tell. Stay tuned! In an article by Eric Freytag of Streamlabs he wrote : “Rather than ten TV shows consumed by billions of people, we now have hundreds of millions of shows that cater to billions of people. You could be only one of ten people in the world interested in a niche topic, but chances are you'll find content for it. Additionally, the people who are creating content for that topic are truly and authentically passionate about it.” Imagine being at the forefront of a digital revolution, where making bite-sized reels, crafting long-form vlogs, or simply going viral can transform into dynamic drivers of the economy. Welcome to the dynamic world of content creators, where a new wave of commerce is reshaping the economy as we know it. This revolution isn't just about audiences though. It's about turning passions into paychecks. Remember when you secretly wished you could get paid to play video games? Well, guess what? People are doing exactly that – and way more! From hilarious skits to makeup tutorials, everyday people are making a living doing what they love. This has created a new kind of celebrity. They are no longer stars of the movies or leads in TV shows, they are teenagers and twenty-somethings making waves on YouTube, TikTok, and gaming streams. They are the content creators. Gone are the days when these creators were the bystanders in the marketing strategies. Today they are the driving force behind record-breaking sales figures for brands as they flock to collaborate with them to tap into their engaged audience. The Numbers Don't Lie ?? Okay, get this: Around one-third of social media users discover new products through influencers. That's some serious sway! And with over 7,000 YouTube channels in India boasting over a million subscribers, and 450,000 surpassing the 10,000 mark, creators are raking in the big bucks like never before. With a combined user base of around 3 billion, Meta's Facebook and Instagram continue to dominate the global social media scene. With the help of adverts and content, Meta's revenue shot up to $116 billion, while authors profited from new sources of income. According to Adobe, the global count of content creators stands at a staggering 300 million, with the creator economy projected to reach a whopping $480 billion by 2027, according to Goldman Sachs. Consumer trust is paramount, with 64 percent of people making purchases based on influencer recommendations. As brands recognize the significance of this trust, partnerships with content creators and influencers are cementing their place in marketing strategies. So, as you navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the creator economy, remember this: the power of creators transcends platforms and trends, shaping the future of commerce and culture one video, one post, at a time.
