online workspace architect for creative leaders scaling their dream businesses

What does "top LinkedIn creator" mean to you? Ask Google ?? LONGEVITY + FOLLOWERS is the clear answer. I'm here to build community, so ENGAGEMENT has my eye. Using my favorite free tool, I got busy with data analysis. y'all already know what it is, huh? ?? The Creator Match ?? chrome extension helped me research the average engagement rates of countless creators over the past 180 days: - Google's Top Picks - ME, duh - some of my current faves ?? What did I find? ?? (1) Followers are great, yet seem to dilute engagement ?? Even my own engagement dipped below 2% as I hit 1000+ followers recently, though historically I'd been inching towards (and occasionally above) 3. As it rises back up, I'm starting to investigate what other factors could be affecting engagement— - post time? - media type or lack thereof? - subject matter? - increase in lurkers with increase in visibility? I plan to investigate these ideas on a larger scale, so if you're a data analysis nerd like me, follow along so you can see the results. ?? (2) To be so new to consistency on LinkedIn, I'm lowkey crushing it ?? Some say it's my Canva skills ?????? Others claim it's client projects at Anna Bullock Custom Solutions ?????? (shoutout to Freelancing Females publishing a rate calculator by moi on International Women's Day ?) My business fam swears this engagement stems from readers at Love, your business Mom ?? PR experts think it's features like Joshua's shoutout, guest author in Mimi's "the sala" newsletter, or my fangirl post about Leah Vernon that is STILL getting action weeks later. ——we interrupt this broadcast to ask, have you hired a Black woman today? If not, get on that—— so, I'm curious ?? What is a "top LinkedIn creator" in your eyes? What trends should I investigate next? - On Wednesdays, we build in public ????♀? Tune in every week to follow along.

Creators are turning LinkedIn posts into paychecks—some making $100,000+ a year. Here’s how... For years, LinkedIn was just a place to slap your resume, connect with recruiters, and flex your "happy to announce" job posts. Today, it's a Creator Goldmine. Most called it "cringe"... but people don't realize that everyday Creators are building real audiences, landing brand deals, and turning posts into paychecks. At Creator Match ??, we’ve been leading the charge—running the largest LinkedIn creator campaigns for brands like Notion and Teachable. And the demand has only been going up and to the right. Unlike TikTok or Instagram, LinkedIn isn’t about viral dances (or "thirst traps" as the kids say). It’s about ideas, expertise, and trust. And that’s why it’s working. Look at these Creators: - Jess Ramos, started posting about remote work and grew to 200K+ followers (plus brand deals) - Ruben Hassid pivoted to AI content, blew past 400K+ followers, earned close to $1,000,000, and launched his own software business - Selena Rezvani secured her largest partnership to date ($125,000) - Melissa Grabiner doubled down on her passion to help jobseekers, and earned $50,000+ through brand partnerships - Adam Broda worked with nearly 160 clients for his coaching business, generating $100,000+ The best part? These aren’t “influencers” in the traditional sense. They’re regular professionals who became obsessed with sharing knowledge and had a passion to help others on the platform. And Brands love them for it. While LinkedIn may not have monetization capabilities today like YouTube does with AdSense, Creators can still cash in through: ?? Speaking gigs ?? Paid communities ?? Brand partnerships ?? Consulting & coaching ?? Courses & digital products ?? Usage rights for influencer whitelisting At Creator Match ??, we’ve been helping brands reallocate their budgets to help them build a full-fledge creator strategy focused on LinkedIn. Why? Better engagement. Higher trust. More ROI. If you’re a Brand, it’s time to take LinkedIn Creators seriously. If you’re a Creator, this is your sign to start posting. PS – Wondering where these numbers came from? I interviewed these 5 incredible creators for my latest ???????? ?????????????? article ;) *** ?? Digital Marketing at Mindless Academy

45 days ago, I decided to post on LinkedIn every day. 2,222 followers, 171,279 impressions, 3,996 engagements later, here’s what I’ve learned… ?? The average person spends 7 seconds reading a LinkedIn post. Cut anything that doesn’t add value. ?? Your hook and rehook (2nd line) will make or break your post. ?? Make your posts skimmable. Use white space. No walls of text. ?? Start conversations. LinkedIn loves comments, not just likes. ?? You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. Take a trending topic and add your spin to it. ?? Carousels are incredible for reach. ?? Experiment with different formats. See what works, then double down. ?? Use Creator Match ?? to find your best-performing posts. Do more of what works. ?? Read best-practice advice but don’t treat it as gospel. Every audience is different. ?? Human-written content beats AI-written content. Every time. ?? Some posts will flop, and they teach you the most. ?? Remove the pressure. Treat it like a game so you keep going. ?? Just have fun! If you’re not enjoying it, you won’t stick with it! What’s your best tip for posting on LinkedIn? ??

Hot take ?? : Stop listening to the "advice" that you need to be EVERYWHERE and post on ALL platforms. Figure out where YOUR audience (ICP) lives, and double down on that channel. For us at Creator Match ??, it's doubling down on LinkedIn and nothing else. This clip was from my speaking event at SXSW last week (still such a surreal moment to be on that stage), and thanks to Teachable for the opportunity, and Zaid Patel for the fire clip/edit ;) Be where your audience lives. *** ?? The best connections at conferences don’t happen in expo halls… they happen over dinner. Sponsoring a booth has its benefits, but breaking bread with the right people—sharing stories, ideas, and laughs—that’s where the real ROI is. At SXSW, GetResponse and Creator Match ?? brought together some of the top B2B creators in the game for an exclusive VIP dinner. No pitches, no panels, just real conversations that lead to real opportunities. The energy, the partnerships, the friendships… this is what makes events like SXSW priceless. Grateful for everyone who joined us.

Last week, I checked off a bucket list item: ???????????????? ???? ???????? in front of a standing-room-only crowd filled with people I’ve admired for years. But here’s the crazy part… The crowd wasn’t there to hear about the usual “sexy” platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. And they weren’t there for flashy B2C campaign case studies either (looking at Poppi with their $25k vending machines). Instead, attendees waited 45+ minutes outside our session (some didn’t even get in due to capacity limits) just to learn about one topic: B2B CREATORS Our moderator (Brett Dashevsky) kicked things off with one question for Chris Do, Olivia Owens, and me: ?? What exactly is a “Business Creator”? To me, it’s anyone with an audience of professionals. Teachable defines it as “anyone helping people level up their careers, grow their businesses, or sharpen their professional skills.” And based on the reaction from the audience, this topic is JUST getting started. 2025 is THE YEAR of the Business Creator. This panel had one of the highest retention rates of any SXSW session. But even with 20 minutes of Q&A, there was still so much left to unpack. So our friends at Teachable are keeping the conversation going with an exclusive 3-part webinar series this week. They’re bringing in powerhouse Business Creators like Elfried Samba, Abagail Pumphrey, and Hala Taha to teach you: → How to craft your entry offer → How to build a $100K sales funnel → And so much more Your professional expertise is valuable. Now, it’s time to monetize it. First session kicks off tomorrow. Sign up for free here: creatormatch.co/teach-aj Fun fact: Did you know that the first digital product that I ever launched was on Teachable? Crazy to think about now, but that’s where it all started for me. They’ve helped thousands of Creators turn their expertise into real businesses, and now they’re sharing what actually works. The B2B Creator wave isn’t coming—it’s already here. Brands and Creators are just starting to wake up to it, so the opportunity is MASSIVE… ?? Do you consider yourself a "Business Creator?" #teachablepartner #businesscreator #sxsw2025

It’s rare to meet someone 15 years younger and immediately connect. But after spending time with AJ Eckstein ?? during #SXSW, I have no doubt he’s on the path to becoming a major leader in the creator economy. A decade from now, we’ll look back at AJ the way we give GaryVee his flowers for social media. If you’re not already following him, now’s the time to get on board.
